Did I make it on time? ><

I never enter contests, but the theme for this one really appealed to me. XD I've just finished school, and what I want to do in the future has been on my mind a lot lately. Unfortunately it never was and still isn't really clear to me what I really want to do... >_>

This piece is probably more metaphorical and really describes an emotion rather than a situation. When you say 'What are your dreams?' this is my feeling. Something soft, a bit blurry and undefined, fragile, blossoming, but nevertheless, something above and beyond the suffocating depths.

There are so many things I wanted to convey here, personal as well as things I thought would be universal. I really couldn't tell you exactly what they are so you could say it's open to interpretation xD

This drawing may seem a bit confusing. Like my aspirations xP. Colourful, mixed up, and not quite straight-forward..... Standing at the edge of the beginning is really exciting xD

beautiful use of colour! i love how the whole composition fits together! the waves curling around the side, to meet the flowers~ the concept is also very wonderful!
